"Raw Food Workshop" with Jay Halford
We are hearing a lot these days about the benefits of "raw food". Jay Halford, who trained as a chef at the age of 16 and who has worked in many well known Michelin star hotels and restaurants, will show you how wonderfully appetising raw food can look and taste. He will prepare a range of enticingly delicious and highly nutritious foods, whilst giving you and insight into the raw food lifestyle and how to set some healthy intentions. He will also explain the benefits of choosing a more plant based diet and talk you through some of his favourite ingredients to use in raw food - great alternatives, which are unprocessed and mostly gluten and dairy free.
