Unless otherwise stated all the days begin with coffee at 10 am. The Full Days will finish by 4 pm. Half Days will vary as detailed on the Booking Form. The price includes, in the case of the Full Days, a two-course lunch, with wine. A light lunch or afternoon tea will be provided on the Half Days. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements when booking.
The cost is per person and, in addition to lunch or afternoon tea, includes any materials that you may need in order to participate fully in the day (unless otherwise stated) plus coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout.
There are a limited number of places available on each day. Places will be allocated upon receipt of a completed application form, we have ensured that there is a space available and payment has been received in full. We will inform you immediately if we are unable to allocate a place and ensure that no money is taken and, if appropriate, cheques will be returned or destroyed as you prefer.
If, for any reason, we need to cancel any of the days, a full refund will be issued. We will always try to give as much notice as possible to the contact email or phone number provided and will offer a full refund or a transfer of your booking to another workshop, space permitting.
No tickets will be issued. We will e-mail receipt for your payment which will act as confirmation of your booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, please note that we require 14 days notice in order for you to receive a full refund. We are very sorry that there can be no refund if less than 14 days notice is given unless we can fill your place. Alternatively you can send someone if your place if you let us know their details before the start of the workshop
Although we will never pass on any information held by us to a third party, it may be used for mailing purposes in connection with future events to be run by The Shalbourne Collection. Please let us know if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
